The film is the third instalment of the"If You Are the One" series. Focusing on the love story of Qin Fen and Xiaoxiao, the first two films both ranked among the top three in terms of the annual box office in the Chinese mainland during their release year. Starring the original cast, the film tells the story of elderly Qin Fen and an intelligent robot which looks just like his wife, and a series of hilarious stories that occur between the two. The film reveals the true meaning of marriage and love through Qin Fen's ultimate choice.
