Legend has it that the monsters from ancient times live on Monster Island, a remote location where access is strictly forbidden. But when Kotake appears on the island, he meets Naki the red ogre and an inseparable bond forms. The good times end when Kotake returns to his family and Naki is left in despair until Gunjo, the blue ogre, decides to lend a helping hand.
