Closed Captions

Captions are now available so you can read what you can’t hear and enjoy the latest movies with your family and friends. Captions are delivered via

a personal device, with a high contrast display and privacy screen, so only you can see the captions. This means that you can sit in any seat in the cinema.

Please see staff at the cinema to collect the equipment and please note the equipment is subject to availability and you may be asked to leave a form of ID to ensure the safe return of the equipment.

For our visually impaired guests, now you can listen to audio described movies so you can hear things you might have difficulty seeing with a spoken commentary and enjoy all the parts of a movie, including visual jokes, visual scenes, settings and body language. The audio description is delivered through a personal headset or neck loop. This means that you can sit in any seat in the cinema. Please see staff at the cinema to collect the equipment and please note the equipment is subject to availability and you may be asked to leave a form of ID to ensure the safe return of the equipment.

Our theatres have wheelchair spaces with companion seating. Some wheelchair spaces may be available even if the session is sold out! Be sure to ask at the box office or call ahead to your local cinema for availabilty.

Infrared

This system consists of infrared transmitters mounted in the cinema that carry the sound to a receiver that you wear. For those of you who wear hearing aids we provide you with a neck loop to pick up the sound, and for those who do not use hearing aids, headsets can be supplied.

The best place to sit in the cinema is the middle section of seats up the back, but please see staff at the cinema for more details about this.
