Terms and Conditions

The Corporate Conference Package is valid for new bookings only and to be booked and held before the 30 of June 2021. The Corporate Conference Booking Package is for a Venue Hire of one of our Original cinemas with a minimum of 100 guests. It includes catering from our All Day Conference Food and Beverage Package consisting of Morning Tea, Lunch, Afternoon Tea along with tea, coffee, juice and water for each guest. The Conference Food and Beverage Packages includes: • Tea, coffee, juice, and water – Available all day • Morning Tea - Choice of 1: Hommus & falafel, smashed avocado bruschetta, ham and cheese croissant, or mini cinnamon donuts • Lunch - Gold Class lunch box: Japanese fried chicken katsu rolls or falafel mezze wrap, seasonal fruit, and chocolate brownie bites with pecans & cocoa • Afternoon Tea – One Parlour Lane Vanilla Choc Top per guest Alcohol not included in the drink option part of the Corporate Conference Package and cannot be substituted or upgraded. Not valid for Soft drinks, frozen Coca Cola drinks or flavoured popcorn. Additional Food and Beverage items, including Alcohol can be purchased at the expense of the guest. Items subject to availability. Standard liquor laws apply in accordance with the responsible service of alcohol obligations as applicable at each venue and reserves the right to require proof of age identification in order to supply alcohol to any person. Our AV Package includes access to the screen, HDMI cord, 1 Microphone, Lectern and Clicker. Laptop to be provided by client. Technical assistance on the day provided for set up only. Additional AV available for an additional fee. The Corporate Conference Package cannot be amended or altered. The Corporate Conference Package is valid for bookings at any Event Cinemas, BCC, GU Film House & Greater Union location. The Corporate Conference Package is available for sessions until 30 June 2021. Blackout dates may apply. Not valid Public Holidays. The Corporate Conference Package does not include a screening of a film. The Corporate Conference Package date and start times are subject to availability. The Corporate Conference Package must be booked and requested in writing by emailing [email protected] Bookings must be confirmed at least 10 full business days prior to the date of your Corporate Conference Package. Full payment is required to confirm and secure booking once all details are agreed upon. All bookings are final and cannot be rescheduled once confirmed. Corporate Conference Package is not available for use at Skyline Drive In, Moonlight Cinema or Village Cinemas. Not valid for Gold Class, V-Max, Premium Seating concepts, 4DX, Boutique or Event Junior. Not valid with any other promotion or offer. The Corporate Conference Package does not qualify to earn Cinebuzz points. Event Cinemas reserve the right to change any of the terms, conditions or policies of this offer, at any time and discretion, without prior notice.
