Dave Wong (Daniel Wu), a dutiful police constable, is wrecked by doubts after he saves the life of notorious & ruthless killer Hon Kong (Nick Cheung). His actions come back to haunt him when Hon later leads his gang in an armed robbery which leaves dozens dead or injured. Now he must go into the depths of his mind to bring him to justice.
