If he wants to see his pregnant wife again, Samuel has got to act fast. When Nadia (Elena Anaya) is kidnapped before his very eyes from their apartment one night, Samuel, a nurse-in-training whose career is on the up, finds himself entangled in a web of violent chaos. The fate of his wife becomes linked to that of a most-wanted criminal, Sartet (Roschdy Zem).

It’s a classic wrong-man scenario. Samuel now has 3 hours to spring Sartet from the intensive care unit of the hospital and deliver him to his henchmen before it’s too late. And going to the police is not an option if he wants to save his wife.

Adrenaline runs high with double-crossings, false trails, and the ricocheting of gunfire between the police and the criminals in this high-speed action thriller complete with exhilarating location shots as the chase traverses the streets and subways of Paris.
