Using your Gift Card

You can use your gift card as many times as you want, at any of our Cinemas* until the balance reaches zero.

If your purchase is more than the amount available on your gift card, you can make up the full amount with another type of tender accepted in our cinemas. For example:

Cash
A credit or charge card
EFTPOS

Some helpful hints... • Treat your gift card like cash – lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded. • Once a gift card has been purchased, the value on it cannot be increased. • Your movie gift card will expire 12 months from date of purchase. The expiry date is written on the card. • There are no fees or charges associated with using gift cards.

Using Your $5 Candy Cash Gift Card Treat this card like cash - lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. The $5 Candy Cash gift card cannot be increased in value. Once the $5 credit has been used the card must be surrendered to the cinema attendant. The 'Eclipse' $5 Candy Cash gift cards will expire on 30 June 2011. No date extensions available. No change given. Unused credit will not be refunded
